Not sure where to start? This hour-long appointment is designed to understand your skin, lifestyle and goals in depth.

Immediately after your facial (same day)

• Enjoy the glow – try to leave your products on for the rest of the day or evening.
• Avoid heavy makeup if possible, especially after extractions or peels.
• Avoid hot showers, steam rooms and saunas for the rest of the day.

Next 24–48 hours

• Use gentle cleanser and moisturiser – no harsh scrubs or active exfoliants.
• Avoid picking or squeezing any areas that were treated.
• Wear SPF 30+ daily, especially after peels or active facials.

Ongoing

• Follow your recommended homecare to maintain results.
• Consider monthly facials or targeted courses (peels, microcurrent, microneedling or LED) for cumulative benefits.
